The people you see doing a project, are never alone. They are always supported by invisible folks in the background.
Without the help from those below, this project would be much harder. A very humble thank you to all.
Marmot has donated a full line of gear for Keith.
The gear to have when your dreams turn into nightmares.
Mt Washington Observatory is providing accommodations for the team on the summit.
One of the rare places where you can often fly, without any form of wings.
The settings are magnificent, the food great, and you are guaranteed to walk away restored.
Dave White Chevrolet (Sylvania, OH) has provided a Chevy Suburban for the team driving up from Columbus.
No matter how bad it gets, we’re still gettin’ there. Dave White Chevy has been supporting the community from the beginning.
International Mountain Equipment (and climbing school) is contributing rental gear, local knowledge, and support.
With an operation like this behind you, there is nowhere on this Earth you can’t get to.
Outdoor Source (Columbus, OH) has provided the technical climbing gear for Keith. As our local outdoor shop, there have been many times I have blown in there, right before a trip, an inch away from disaster, and they have always had the solution.
Liberty Bottleworks (Union Gap, WA) has donated marketing services and produced a custom bottle design for the Ascents of Honor project. TEN DOLLARS from the sale of each bottle will be donated to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. This is a new company: made in america, putting people to work, military/veteran friendly. Their’s is a great story.
Thom Pollard, like everyone here, is donating his time. Beyond filming, Thom will be the chief editor. He has also provided the Ascents of Honor team with a local point of contact, helping to coordinate and provide guidance on countless aspects of the project. All of this being done during an extremely busy time of the year for Thom. There are not many adventure filmmakers as well traveled as Thom Pollard and it is a privilege to have him on our team.
